Dear Customers,
the release of the new QQ16 kiln had a great success but unfortunately it coincided with the flood event that hit us hard. We are a company in the heart of Romagna and to date there are no conditions to be able to supply other ovens.
We have run out of stock and among those who have booked the oven, only someone will be contacted for the supply.
We won't be back up and running before 60/70 days, which means taking us to mid-August.
Those who wish can request availability in the Shop by choosing the desired configuration and formulating a sort of non-binding reservation. As soon as the QQ16 becomes available again, we will contact those who requested it.
